You can use the account tools available in your profile/settings area to download or delete your personal data where supported. If you need help completing a deletion request, contact us at the email above.
If you believe a user or content violates our rules, please use the in-app reporting tools where available or contact us at support@makeamatch.org. Please include as much detail as possible so we can review the issue.
We aim to respond to support requests within 24 to 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
