• Be respectful and honest in your profile and requests.
• Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, or share illegal content.
• Do not attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.
• Use blocking and reporting tools responsibly.

Activities coordinated through MakeaMatch may involve meeting in person. You are responsible for your own safety and decisions. Consider meeting in public places, informing a friend, and following local safety best practices.

You control the visibility of your play requests using Public/Playmates/Group options. You are responsible for what you post. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms or pose safety risks.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or security concerns.
• We may retain records needed for operations, safety, and reporting.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not make warranties regarding availability, reliability, or suitability for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MakeaMatch and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from in-person meetups or user interactions.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
